Maplewood opened with the mission to push liquid boundaries in an unassuming building nestled in Chicago’s historic Logan Square neighborhood.
OUR STORY
The first of its kind in Illinois to establish brewing and distilling roots under a single roof, Maplewood has been producing finely crafted beer and spirits since 2014. Three years after moving into the production facility, Maplewood opened their Lounge, a neighborhood staple doubling as a taproom and cocktail bar. Beginning commercial distribution throughout Illinois shortly after settling into Logan Square, Maplewood has since expanded their distribution footprint into Missouri, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Kansas. Maplewood’s fans have come to expect expertly crafted beer and spirits in a wide range of styles.

Arvon was founded by Brett Bristol and his brother-in-law Jake Stanko in 2016, with their first sale happening in December 2017. Stanko serves as the operations manager and brewmaster.

Pontoon Brewing
Pontoon Brewing was founded by a group of longtime pals and home brewers who are passionate about developing awesomely scrumptious beer for the Pontoon Lifestyle. We all shared a passion for craft beer, and home brewing together on the weekends quickly became something we always looked forward to. Following long discussions about attempting our dreams we decided to share our passion and start Pontoon Brewing Company in 2014. The “Pontoon Lifestyle” is the idea of escaping the daily stresses and relaxing on a pontoon boat. For those unfamiliar, a Pontoon boat is commonly known as a slow moving party platform; it can’t go far and can’t go fast so might as well drink.

Southern Grist
Kevin Antoon, Jamie Lee, and Jared Welch met in the corporate world. Their weekends spent homebrewing quickly evolved when they shed their business attire and decided to go all in–opening a 430 square foot brewery in East Nashville with a modest seating area. The doors opened in February of 2016 staffed by the three founders and their wives.

Goshen Brewing Company is a family-friendly brewpub serving a wide selection of beers and seasonal, local, farm-to-table food. We are a 100% solar and wind-powered facility!
We recycled the former Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) building to provide a comfortable, industrial space to eat, drink, and socialize. At GBCo. we believe in the power of community, so we offer big, open tables where you can sit and get to know your neighbors.
Located two blocks off of Main Street, we are close to downtown and feature a patio that overlooks the woods and the river, with easy access from the Millrace bike path.
